My products wont add to cart in dawn theme? please can someone help?

To confirm, does this issue occur when using other themes from your Theme Library? Additionally, does this happen when adding specific products to the cart or all products? 

 

This would require our Themes Team to take a closer look at the backend and if there are any error messages indicating the root cause. To investigate this further, please get in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center to create a support request.

Hi Victoria,

how do i get a specialist to look at the back end of my website to help.

the error message reads Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: items

You will need to communicate with the Help Center Assistant and type in your question. From there, please select the option 'I still need help' to proceed to connect with a Support Advisor. Our internal team is best equipped to investigate the backend of your website.
