Promo code box not showing on checkout page on desktop

I have two active promo codes, but the promo code box doesn't show up on all of my customers' checkout screens. It shows up for some customers, but not others. I tried it out myself, and it showed up for me when I checked out via the Shopify app on my phone, but not on my desktop. Any insight would be much appreciated!
