Proof of residence

I am unable to provide proof of residency. My bank is out of state,  my rent includes everything: electric, water, etc. Is there another way to get this done?

This one of the requirements when you are registering your Shopify account or Shopify payments. You can try to provide any government or valid IDs with the address you registered on or if rent, you can try to ask your landlord if they can give you any receipt that will prove your residency.
