Proxy between DNS and Shopify

Can i use my own proxy between shopify and DNS?

As far as I know, a custom proxy between your dns and Shopify isn't officially supported by shopify. However, there might be some ways to proceed:

1. Cloudflare:

• If you have a Cloudflare enterprise plan, you can use your own cloudflare zone to proxy web traffic to your zone first, then shopify’s zone second​ (reference).

2. Direct DNS Pointing:

• You might be able to point your dns directly to shopify, add the domain in shopify, then update your dns to point to the proxy after the domain is validated​ (check out this other forum answer for example).
