Publish button missing

I just started Shopify and as an Admin built a webshop.

I made a few items and the shop looks nice in development stage.

It was published in the morning and is still on the site, but it does not change or update anymore.

In community I see people referring to the Publish button on the top right but I don't have that.

I have selected a plan and paid - but no Publish button

Should I look somewhere else ?  I did remove the password.
