Purchase Order Question for a Vintage Company

As a vintage company, we get many units of one item. Once we receive them, we then base the condition of them into tiers which helps us determine our retail costs. 

ex:

ordered: 100 levi jeans 

received: 25- tier one - $25

                  25 - tier two- $45

                  50 - tier three - $80

looking for a simple solution for when we go to create our PO or receive inventory on our PO to split into different retail prices from one product.
