Just like a bunch of other people before me have done. I've purchased the wrong domain and wasn't even thinking until my brother told me.
I purchased sbrcollectibles.com and it was supposed to be srbcollectibles.com instead. Based on the other solved issues I've seen in the discussion forum, I believe this is just an easy fix on your end. Let me know if you need anything else from me to fix this.
Sophia here from Shopify. Welcome to the Shopify Community!
I'm sorry to hear that you ended up purchasing the wrong domain. Since domains are considered non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, they are non-refundable (as indicated by the Domain Registration Agreement presented at the time of domain purchase), However, our team may be able to make an exception in the event that there was a typo like you've mentioned here.
While I'm not able to access your account and confirm refund eligibility from this public space, our support team would be more than happy to help you out with this via live chat, email, or callback. Please get in touch with us through the Shopify Help Center to authenticate your store so our team can review the domain purchase with you. In the meantime, I recommend heading to Online Store > Domains in the admin and ensuring that the misspelled domain is not set to auto-renew. You can follow these steps to disable automatic domain renewal.
For the benefit of others who may find this topic, if you need assistance with anything account-specific such as billing and refunds, please contact us via the the Shopify Help Center, selecting the live chat, email, or callback options. Thank you!
