Purchased Wrong Domain Name

Hi,

Just as many others have experienced before me, I made a mistake by buying the wrong website domain without realizing it until my brother told me.

From what I've seen in the discussion forum, it seems like this should be an easy problem for you to fix.

Please let me know if you need more information from me to correct this.

In rare instances we are able to reverse a domain purchase if we are able to review it within time. Generally speaking domains are a final purchase otherwise. Depending on where you bought the domain, but I don't think they will provide returns. You can try to purchase again the right domain and change what you have.

I'd recommend quickly buying the right domain (via GoDaddy or whatever) and assigning it to your store, as the primary domain; the other one can still be used to redirect to the primary, if desired. The most important part of this is securing the correct domain name.
