Hi I am facing an issue i created my shopify store on shopify partner account now i want to buy a basic plan of shopify store which if of 1$ for 3 months and then it will be 19$ after 3 months but when i go to shopify.com and clicking on start free trial it shows me to create store again this is because i created on partner account before now i need to know is there any other alternative to convert previous store or do i need to create again or what would be solution if anyone knows please reply thanks

Development stores are not eligible for pricing promotions. The discounted price for new stores is so that they have time to learn and build their store before they need to launch. The low cost gives them the time they need before they have to move to a full pricing plan. You can find this information noted under the limitations of development stores in our Help Center: Creating development stores · Shopify Help Center.

 

It is also important to note that if you switch a development store to a paid plan, then you can't earn a recurring commission on that store. To comply with the Partner Program Agreement, you need to contact Partner Support to have the commission removed on the store. You can contact Partner Support through Shopify Help Center.

 

If you wish to take advantage of the discounted pricing plans you absolutely can, but you will need to create a new store account to do so.

Hi, i have paid $1 by clicking continue after entering my debit card details, but plan is not functional, and mistakenly i clicked 3 to 4 times on continue, shopify charged me $1 for each time. collectively $4 charged but still plan is not active for my store..
