Question about Tax

Hi there,

I migrated from Woocommerce. My store URL is :

https://7fb06d-13.myshopify.com/

The problem I have is that all my products are already including TAX, but now in Shopify it adds tax on again. Pls see screenshot attached. The price of the item should be R560 including tax (ie I dont want to add the tax again as the R560 already includes tax).

Any ideas on how to get this sorted? Thanks so much.

@Gazza18 please follow the below steps and hopefully it will resolve your issue.

> Steps: In your Shopify admin,

> click Products, and then click the name of the product.

> In the Pricing section, uncheck Charge taxes on this product.

> Click Save.

Hello Gazza18,

To resolve the issue, you should uncheck the "charge tax" option when listing products.

Kindly let me know the total number of products, and I will provide the necessary steps to correct this.
