keep doing things in your work , never hope for something in return .

Our company started with a small team and now has nearly 100 people. We have experienced many ups and downs and have been on the verge of bankruptcy several times. There are too many stories in between. I think adversity will always exist for entrepreneurs. Just remember that crisis and opportunity always coexist. Face and seize every opportunity, and there will always be an answer.

The best piece of advice I ever received was to double my rates without overthinking it. You’ll be surprised by how often clients say "yes" without hesitation, and how much more valued your work feels!
