I have Zendrop as my shipping option, so if someone wants to return something, where does it go? I have no inventory here as of now. What address am I supposed to use, do I have to use my personal address?

I understand that you are using Zendrop to fulfill your orders. Generally, when working with a dropshipping or print-on-demand supplier integrated with Shopify, you can request refunds or returns directly from your Shopify Admin. You can also check the process through the Zendrop Orders tab. I found the Terms and Conditions associated with Refunds, so you will want to review that. Additionally, there is a Zendrop YouTube video on returns that you can check out for more information.

Since it looks like you're still setting up your shop, I suggest viewing The General Checklist as it’s great tool that will ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up. You can go through the check list and be confident that you have a finished product, that includes having your media, shipping and check out all in working order.
