question self-serve returns: different flat rates rules

Hi,

I want to enable self-serve returns but our customers need to pay for their returns.
My question is for each country the return fee is different is their a way to make rules based on country they are returning from?

Hi @llouch . Are you using any returns app to handle your returns?

If yes, then ideally your returns app should allow you to create country-based return rules. For eg, EcoReturns, a returns app on shopify, allows merchants to create rules based on a country. It's best to check with your returns solution to enable this feature.

Yes but that is what I want to change. I want to use the self-serve return of shopify so I don't have to use the return app.
