We have been trying to sync completely with Quickbooks Desktop for over a month. We have had a lot of hiccups. We have finally finished the sync. Once it was over we did not see a count in suppliers, sales and purchasing, but everything else. We now get a handful of items that need to be synced, but the three designations still have a count of 0 af
Did you continue with the setup to map which accounts sales, assets, expenses, refunds etc gets synced to? The customer, supplier and product synced cards should show your sync mode once you select it.
When I first imported the customer and supplier list from QB POS, the app looked just like what you have but once I connected it to QB Enterprise the display switched and now all PO's from Stocky and sales are syncing to QB.
My assumption is that you are referring to mapping fields and yes we have done that. Picture attached. If that is not what you meant can you please explain?
