"All Locations" not default on "All orders" page?

For some reason when I go to the "All orders" page it is defaulting to our UK Warehouse instead of "All Locations". It used to show everything by default but somehow it switched on me and I can't figure out how to set it back to automatically display "All Locations". Does anyone know how to force it to display all? Thanks!
