All things Shopify and commerce
Hi Matthew and Aron,
I run a Print-on-Demand (POD) store on Shopify using Printify, but one of my biggest challenges is that I have to cover production costs upfront before receiving payment from customers.
This makes it nearly impossible to scale business, as every order requires me to finance production first.
What strategies do you recommend for growing a POD business without having to pre-finance each order?
Thanks in advance for your insights!

Yes, when I make a sale on Shopify, I must fulfill the order through Printify. This means Printify charges the production cost directly from my debit card before the order is produced.
Now, if I wanted to scale to 10, 20, or even 50 sales per day, that would be a dream. But right now, it's a nightmare because I can't afford to finance all these sales out of my pocket.
Every day, I receive 5 to 10 emails telling me how amazing my website and products are. However, conversions and actual sales remain low. The people emailing me all promise to boost my sales through marketing and other online strategies, but I can't attract more customers if I don't have the funds to fulfill orders.
So yes, I'm definitely interested.
If you are in the UK give us a call and I'll see what we can do for you.
Kind Regards
