When analysing the conversion funnel, I saw that the "Reached checkout" number is bigger than the "Added to cart". In my case, you can't Reach Checkout if you haven't added anything to your cart. I already checked the GTM configuration and the code on site to see if there is any duplicated Reached Checkout event but didn't find anything. Any other suggestions on what it could be?
