I sent the certificate signed a little late. (n 1/2 h)
I am very sorry that I did not have time to do this in the allotted time because my lawyer had fallen ill with Korona from whom I asked for help. I would be very grateful that I finally got my business up and running because a lot of money and work has already gone into this. There have been a great many difficulties.

Thank you for sharing your ticket ID and story here with us. I am sorry to hear about your lawyer falling ill, I hope that he has recovered okay.

Our standard support team is not able to review tickets of this nature due to the sensitive contents discussed in them. I would ask that you reply back to the email with the attestation form filled in and let them know what happened. I can't guarantee that they will reconsider, but that is the best next step to regain access to your store account.

Where can I find a "form" blank?
Where should that request be sent?

Hi @reniemel 

If you have successfully submitted the required form already, then you won't need to send it again. But if there was issues with the submission of the form, you need to make sure that is done before connecting with our legal team for the next steps in this process. 

Did they send you a link to the form or send you a copy of it to fill out? If yes, make sure that you have submitted it with all the appropriate information.

The ticket number you shared should be connected to an email from our legal team. You will need to reply back to that email directly in order to communicate with them further. They can only respond through email, so that is the best and fastest way to get help with this.

In order to resolve this situation you will need to reply back to the email you received from our Risk Operations/Trust and Safety team. Our community support will not be able to help you with this. We are not able to access tickets, review your store or share any sensitive account information with you through here.
