Hello @contour107,

This is Gina from flareAI app - get free sales from Google.

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing an issue with processing payments on your Shopify store.

Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check if your payment gateway is properly configured
Verify that you have correctly set up your payment gateway and that it's enabled in your Shopify store's settings. Also, check if your payment gateway supports the currency you have set up on your store.

2. Test your payment gateway
Check if your payment gateway is working by running a test transaction. You can do this by placing a small order using a test credit card provided by your payment gateway. This will help you confirm whether the payment gateway is working as expected or not.

3. Verify your payment settings
Make sure that your payment settings are set up correctly in Shopify. Go to your store's admin panel, click on "Settings," and then "Payments." Verify that the payment method you're using is set up correctly and enabled.

4. Contact your payment gateway provider
If you've tried the above steps and are still facing issues, it's possible that there is an issue with your payment gateway provider. Contact their customer support to see if they can assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Check for any conflicts with other apps or plugins
If you have recently installed any new apps or plugins on your store, it's possible that there is a conflict causing the payment issue. Try disabling any new apps or plugins one at a time to see if the issue resolves.

I hope these tips help you resolve the issue and allow your customers to purchase from your Shopify store. If you continue to experience issues, it may be a good idea to consult with a Shopify expert or your payment gateway provider's support team for further assistance.

Hi @contour107 ,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue here. There could be a number of reasons for this error to show up, just like others in the thread suggested. You can Review your abandoned orders by navigating to Orders > Abandoned Orders and selecting an order. This will allow you to View payment events from an abandoned checkout, which may provide you with additional details on why the payment cannot be successful.

Since I cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I cannot look into the checkout specifics. With that being said, I suggest that you reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to verify you as the store owner securely.

Once you successfully log in, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the checkout issue.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Did you figure out the issue? I'm running into the same problem with only certain payment providers and methods. Not all of them. All under Shopify payments too.

I had the problem and fixed it. You have to contact tech/customer support. Send them the error and screenshots (if you have any). They will ask you to check abandoned cart to see what the payment issue is. If it's something that isn't on your end, they'll have a developer fix it. It took me about 1.5 months of back and forth to finally have it resolved due to delays in between but they were nice and solved the problem.

I had the same issue and i fixed it by changing the product currency to the same currency the payments gateway account is using. For instance if your products is in euro and your account on the payment gateway is in GBP. Then you should make sure to change the products into GBP. You can get a converter app that will change the currency into Euro after if needed.

Hello Sebas3
Which currency converter app did you use?
Because I think I have the same problem as you.

Because I put $ at the store and I use a Wise account and I have £ on it.

I need an urgent answer thanks.

I’m sure there are multiple reasons that may cause this error. For me, the reason was that my minimum test payment was too low. I was using a 99% discount code to try it out, but the minimum payment has to be at least 50 cents.
