"URGENT: @ShopifySupport still sending payouts to a hacker despite multiple tickets. Please escalate

For two days now I have been reaching out to support. I keep being told they will escalate my case and email me, but I have heard back from no one and I continue to have my sales revenue deposited in a fradulent chceking account. I have asked repeatedly to have my payouts locked while they go through the process of verifying my account. There are several thousands of dollars from fradulent sales coming up for payout.
Does anyone know how to actually get help or have some actually escalate their case?
