"View all" button disappeared for "collection list" while I was editing?

Don't know what happened, I was editing the collection list and suddenly it just disappeared. I don't know much about coding but I see the only way to fix this is through coding but I don't know what to do. To be specific I'm using the theme "Refresh" and it's the "Enable "View all" button if list includes more collections than shown." that will not work now.

Update: The "View all" button shows up if I delete one collection but if I try to add another or replace it, then it disappears again. I tried making the page all over again and it still did the same thing.

Hi @rudeyd8 

In the "Collection list" section, View all button will appear only when the number of collection displayed via block is less than total number of collections you have in your store.

Example: if total collections in back-end are 3 then "View all" button will show only if collections shown via block are less than 3

I had more collections than what I listed already and it wasn't working still. I made another collection to check this and apparently it works fine now. Thanks.
