Hi there, I got a random £24 (28USD) on my card today...
All my stores have been closed for a few weeks... idk why i got this

Alright but I want my store closed.. is it normal they auto billed me with no e-mail or warning or notification whatsoever? @Petfly
Where can I actually see though, where i was billed from? (from which store)? And how can I remove my billing info + refund? (I never approved it or anything). My e-mail settings are correct... I never got any e-mails whatsoever about this transaction.
Hey, did you close the store before or after the free trial expired? Either way you should contact the Shopify help centre for more helpful information on this.
All I can say is good luck with support, especially involving billing. The billing department literally never responds to tickets.
