Re-arrange the order of thumbnails

Is it possible to rearrange the order in which product variants appear on my website after creating all items in a series? Currently, they display in the order they were originally created.

As it stands, the first product created shows up as the leftmost thumbnail in a set of four, as shown in this screenshot. I’d like to know if there’s a way to adjust this order later. For example, if we have a series arranged from smallest to largest, and we later release a smaller item, we’d prefer it to appear before the previous smallest variant, rather than at the end.

To clarify, I’m not looking to rearrange images within a single product but rather to adjust the order in which the thumbnails for each product in the series appear on the product page. Does that make sense?

I recently had to do that and used a spreadsheet bulk editor app.

There is an option to show a Core Field called "Position" in a column in the spreadsheet where you have all Product variants. You can then change the display order from there.
