Re-import new products with new value options (e.g. new sizes)

Hi there,

We sell lingerie and all our products have sizes. It happens super frequently that we order new sizes of an item that already exists in our store.

When this happens, we have to first export the entire store, add the new variant options and then re-uploade everything again. Is there no easy and cheap workaround that we don't delete each option value if we add new ones if we don't first export them and then reuploade them?  

We found Matrixify but they are rather expensive at $50/month for the size of our amount of products.

Any other alternatives (paying is fine as well) please?

You can add variants for every products manually . No need to add or export-import.

Thank you for mentioning our app, so that we can join you to solve the issue.

As @oscprofessional mentioned, if this is only for a few variants or few products, then it might be simpler to just manually adjust Products in the Shopify Admin, but we understand how it could get a lot more complex if you need to make the change for many Products.

Depending on the number of Products you need to import/export, we indeed have different subscription plans.
But, we do also have Filters available for your export. So if you need to export, let's say, 20 Products, you do not need to have Big subscription plan. But the Basic plan supports up to 5000 Products exported or imported at a time. If you need to export up to 10 Products at a time, you can do that with Demo plan too.

Then when creating an export, click on the `Filters` button under Products to apply filter. That way you can export only specific Products.

I hope that this gives you more insight into how you can use the app for this. We suggest just installing the app and using the Demo plan to test how it might work.
The demo plan is free to use for as long as you wish and for as many imports and exports as you wish, we only limit that you can import/export 10 items at a time.
