Reached Checkout and entered information but the information is not showing in "abandoned checkouts"

I have had ~50 live visitors on my site, yet no abandoned checkouts. Upon further inspection when I went on my website and entered all my details at checkout, it still did not show up in abandoned checkouts.

Can someone please help me solve this problem since it would be good to have this data so that I can optimise my store.
