Ready for pick up Re-send Button

Hi! I want to be able to simply hit a "resend" button on my "ready for pickup" notifications. This seems very simple, and like a very, very basic function. It is important for any business that offers local pick up as people often need reminding to pick up their purchases with all the location and time details which really shouldn't need to be rewritten in a private email. Please advise.

Correct, I just need it for local pick ups. There is currently the option
to resend the order confirmation, which doesn’t seem very useful. It is
much more relevant to let people know that order is ready to be picked up.

Hey there, @Povintage. Thanks for following up with us for this information and confirmation. Though we do offer the option to re-send order confirmations, it would be helpful if these re-send functions were more robust!

You can send this feedback to Shopify support team so they can forward this feature to Shopify developer team. They can also give you further instructions and insights if there are any potential workarounds. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
