All things Shopify and commerce
Received an email today from Shopify, today saying the following:
We found that your store, (my website), is selling products we classify as regulated or illegal products or services (specifically pseudo pharmaceuticals). These products cannot be processed through shopify payments and are restricted under the apple pay terms.
Your Shopify Payments and Apple Pay accounts have been disabled, and you can no longer accept payments through these gateways. As a result, your store is no longer visible in the Shop channel. Any outstanding payouts will be deposited on schedule to your bank account on file. You can view your payout schedule here.
To continue accepting payments from your customers you'll need to set up an alternative payment provider. You may consider using Bankful or authrize. net, or visit our payment providers pagefor a complete list of providers that integrate with Shopify in your region.
If you would like to provide any relevant information about this matter, please fill out and submit this form for our review.
