Recovery codes and authenticator app codes not working

I've been having trouble gaining access to my admin account for my shopify store for a few weeks now and really need help from a real person an not ai cause every time I use the chat box and get the prompt contact support it just reloads the page I'm already on. 

My recovery codes are not working and I'm assuming it's because my shop was created using one email and the admin was transfered to the company owner and I do not remember getting new recovery codes when that was done. Although I still have access to the authenticator app and it's constantly refreshing new one time password codes shopify keeps telling me it's not the right code. Can I please talk to a real human.
