Redirect 301 to another Shopify website not working

I currently have 2 Shopify website selling very similar items.

We have decided to transfer the products to just the 1 website. I have set up a number of 301 redirect but they don't seem to be working.

I plan to shut down the old domain, will the 301 redirects still work ?

Shutting down your old domain won't affect the 301 redirects.

If you are having trouble doing so, I suggest you use LitExtension to set up 301 redirects automatically to your new store seamlessly and accurately.
