Redirect Hacked. Random Redirects to Spam Sites

Hello , whenevr someone visit my Shopify store , it automatically gets redirected to a spam website. This happens sporadically. Sometimes even when someone click on a link it goes to a spam website. It is very frustrating as my customer cannot checkout. Please help
