Odd situation on an old redirect...
In testing Collections, I had accidentally selected to automatically redirect a Collection URL when updating the URL. I've since returned to the original URL (the one I really need). However, the redirect is still happening, and resulting in a 404.
I've confirmed that all redirects have been deleted (in fact, the original redirect wasn't even on the redirect list).
I've even deleted the Collection and recreated it. Still, the old redirect persists.
Is there another hidden location for redirects stored somewhere outside of the Navigation menu area?

This is an accepted solution.
For anyone else who may see this... the issue resolved itself. Apparently there was a server cache issue of some sort. About 20 minutes after I posted this, the redirect loop stopped happening.

This issue is happening to me since last week. It looks like the issue hasn't been yet resolved.
