Reduce header width in between logo and banner - Dawn Theme

Goodafternoon community, 

I have a question. When i increase the size of my logo, my header also increases in size, which creates big gaps between the header and banner, and also header and announcement bar. Is there any way to reduce these gaps? 

Padding top and bottom is already set to zero.

Hi Fiscalwave. This unfortunately doesnt solve the problem. Logo size is around 200 x 250x. When i lower the Width of logo on desktop it makes the logo to small for comfort. 

It does reduce the width but then the logo is too small..

No, you look like a  scammer. Anyone might know how i can code this? 🙂 Also i'm trying to get the text in my announcementbar to be BOLD but also this i cant find in the code.. anyone?
