Hello, today I would like to ask if it is possible to get a refund for an auto-renewal of a plan that I did not even set up myself. Today I got an automatic renewal for a plan that I started around the middle of May when I paid $1. As of today, I have had about $20 deducted from my account. I don't want this plan to automatically renew and charge my account. Can you please tell me if there is any way to get back the money that went to renew a plan that I didn't even put in? I would be very grateful to you for such a generous action!

This is possible. However, since this is a billing issue, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further check your account and give you necessary instructions or information regarding your concern. They will also refund this amount back to you if possible.
