Dear Shopify support staff, I created my Shopify store for the purpose of testing. I forgot to cancel the subscription before ending the 14-day trial and I had been charge for basic plan but I haven't do anything on Shopify, could you please help me make a refund?
In most cases, we can review a refund request depending on a couple of factors such as if the store has been closed within a reasonable timeframe of the invoice generating and any fees outstanding.
