All things Shopify and commerce
I ordered from a clothing brand named envynullus. When I pressed place order It said that the card details was wrong meaning the card was not charged. I did not get a email saying the card was charged even though it said wrong card details. We went on to try it two more times come to find out that the card got charge 3 times in a total of $176.52 This is not on the brand fault they showed me that it was a Shopify error and my name was not in there order system. I am requesting a reimbursement of fund ASAP. Please someone contact me via email or phone. We tried emailing u guys at [email protected] but got no response
Hi, @leosmith6!
Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community. It sounds like a payment may have been authorized on your card, but it likely won't be posted. I recommend contacting your bank or payment provider to confirm, and they can assist you with removing the charge if it is posted.
For context, even if the error was due to something on Shopify's side, we wouldn't be able to provide you with a refund ourselves. This is because Shopify is a software that merchants use to create online stores, but we're not involved with the business operations of these stores. The merchant can contact us directly if they need assistance with processing a refund.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
