I had to 3 way call the support center cs they wouldn’t answer my calls it was very unprofessional n trashy. I deactivated my account a while ago n y’all took money then but my bank just told me to unsubscribe when I did that y’all took money again today n when I finished could talk to the support team he just told me to come here but in the mist of me asking how to get to the point he hung up in my face before he told me to login into my account n close the store but my account is already deactivated so I couldn’t do anything pass that point. I just want my money back this is causing my bank account to go into the negatives when I thought I already dealt with this weeks again when y’all took money last time and I let y’all slide with that cs i forgot ab this but this can’t keep happening plssss and thank youu lord have mercy I can’t get a break from LIFEEE. I almost swerved off the road when I saw my account in confusion. Pls someone help me, God bless and have a great day.
