Hi i ordered a phone off plug tech which is powered by shopify. It was cancelled and i havent received a refund, I did contact plug tech and they have not answered my email so does anyone know if im gonna get a refund from them.

Contact whoever you paid through (credit card/PayPal etc). they are the only people who can get you your money back.
