Refund

Hello I hope you are well, today I received a bill from Shopify with the amount of 35$ I am not able to pay that right now. Last month I was also billed 35$ and at that time I was in shock now it has happened again and I would like to be refunded. My plan is still me paying a dollar until the 23rd of may. So I would like to get refunded now please and get my 35$ back.
