Hello,
I have just had a customer that ordered paying on PayPal. I have refunded them due to stock issues, however, I refunded them directly through PayPal and not via Shopify refunds. Therefore, on Shopify, it does not show that I have refunded them.
How do I process this refund through Shopify without refunding them twice?
