regarding differential tax percentage of products in india

hi, in india we have differential tax structure for ready made dresses , if the value is more than Rs 1000 then its 12% and if the value is less than Rs 100 then the tax is 5%. also for Footware if the value is less than Rs500 its 5% and if its more than Rs 500 then the tax is 18%. how do we tackle this issue. and also for over rides shopify is asking for manual collections which is a tiresome job if products are more in number. Can some one help me to find a solution for these two queries
