Register or login before accessing full website

Is it possible to force customers to register or login to the shop at the homepage before they can access any pages, products, prices, collections, etc?

Nick here from Shopify. Great question!

I'm thinking a lock style feature app from the Shopify app store could be something to look into for this. The concept being you can restrict access for anyone who isn't registered or logged in via the system set up by the app. There are four apps I really like for this which you can see below: 

• Locksmith
• Wholesale Lock Manager
• MagicPass Wholesale
• Bold Memberships

Do you think one of these could work for what you're looking for?

It's definitely possible to add breadcrumb navigation to a Shopify store but depending on what theme you're using it changes how you would approach adding it. Shopify does have a help guide going through all the steps for this which you can find here.
