registering my site with a parent without using a staff account.

I currently have finished designing and adding products to my print on demand store, but I am under 18 and unable to submit the necessary documents to be able to register my business. is there any way my parent can do this without a staff account, and just do it on my account instead?

im just wondering if I am a minor and I created the website is there any legal way I can start accepting payments without using staff accounts?

Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for sharing your question. 

Based on our Terms of Service, you must be the older of: (i) 18 years, or (ii) at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and from which you use the Services to open an account. You can open the account under your parent/legal guardians name, however it is important that you take their consent, as their banking details and personal information will be added to Shopify.
