Rejected by Pinterest Merchant Program

I tried to run our business via Pinterest, but I haven't been verified because of the issues I show below. I have already checked their guidelines and our website, and I haven't found anything I need to fix for their requirements. Could anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate it!!

Reason 1: Merchant's website is incomplete and missing relevant information

Recommendation 1: We recommend ensuring that your website is complete with no missing product images or text, and includes product categories. Additionally, all the links on your website should be functioning correctly.

I highly suggest that you reach out to Pinterest support so, they can further help you and pinpoint what is causing those errors.

I am having the same exact issue (same 2 exact "violations"). Shopify Support could not help - they redirected me to Pinterest Customer Service. If there is something incomplete about one's website, you would think Pinterest would specify which specific issues to correct, especially if there is a threat to your Pinterest account. I am currently awaiting an answer from Pinterest Customer Service about what exactly I need to fix. Have you resolved your issue? If so, can you please let me know how? Thank you!

I am having the same problem. I went through the entire guidelines checklist and I meet all requirements. Pinterest does not have chat or phone support to talk with a real person. Were you able to resolve the problem?
