I am facing some issue with address search field,

so please tell me how do I remove this address search field from contact form.

Your sample image does not look like a contact form from the page; it appears to be a checkout page. Unfortunately, we can only make limited changes to the checkout page if not using Shopify Plus. Please try changing your checkout settings.

And mark address that you dont like to include.

And Save.

But I want to keep phone option and if I deselect this option it will remove phone field.
