Remove Duplicate Review rating widget from refresh theme

I am using the Vitals app for reviews, it has been working fine until now, but suddenly on my product page, there are two review rating widgets. I want to remove the second widget from my product page.

 Go to Online store ---> Themes ---> Customize ---> click drop down menu at the top ---> Products ---> Default product ---> in left menu ---> Product information ---> hover on Product rating, click on eye icon to hide it

I tried this way but the thing is it is disabling both the rating widgets. I want to keep the first one and disable the second one.
