Remove extra phone number field when checking out with Local Delivery

Hi,

I have local delivery setup, and use a printer app that pulls through certain information from shopify when printing receipts.

For delivery instructions it uses:

For the phone number it uses:

 

So if it uses them, then the options that appear when choosing local delivery are meaningless:

 What's annoying is it doesn't even autofill the same fields. Is there any way to remove these extra fields?

I feel like a solution could be to remove local delivery and use standard shipping in the same way local delivery works. That has it's own problem like limiting the radius of delivery zone.
