I'm trying to remove this Trustpilot widget from my homepage. See attached. I've tried installing the trustpilot app to delete which doesn't work. I've also been through every template file to try and find the element but can't find it anywhere. Anyhelp would be massively appreciated.

Looks like you have it removed; I don't see it on my end. Have you tried clearing your cache?

Hello, still there on my end. See screenshot from today:

This is what you can do:

  1. In Shopify, click on the Apps tab on the left hand menu. Select Trustpilot Reviews.
  2. Under the Website widgets tab, click the three dots (•••) on the right corner of the widget you'd like to remove and click Remove.

If you have already done this there is a hacky way to hide it with CSS. I would need to see the widget code to be sure but I went to another side with a trust pilot widget and found the code it was using. I imagine yours would be the same.

Right above the closing head tag </head> add this:

<style>
#tp-widget-wrapper{
    display:none;
}
</style>
