I need help removing or renaming the "Apartment, suite, etc." field in the admin address section.

Is this Possible?

You can remove it from your store admin > Settings > Checkout > Address line 2 (apartment, unit, etc.)  > Dont include

Thanks very much for your quick reply! Actually i m talking about shopify admin not frontend  admin > Customers > edit customer > Manage addresses > Edit shipping address

The option suggested by you working fine on frontend.

Got it but unfortunately, it does not have option to remove it from your store admin.
