Remove White Spaces in menu and header (sense theme)

Hello,

I am using the sense theme and I'm trying to get rid of the white space between my header and the logo under, as well some white space under the menu. Nothing seems to be working. I have tried some codes that I found here on the forums, however the white space still remains. 

Can somebody help, please?
