Removing checkout and adding a custom form

Hello, 

Q1: Can we remove Shopify checkout from the product page/cart page or any other form in which a user can go to checkout can you remove it? if yes what are the steps?

Q2: Can we place a form instead of the Checkout process with some custom fields to go, here is the condition if the user clicks on any product and goes to the form page, can an order be generated at the Shopify backend with the same product id and other product details if the user submits that form? If yes please let me know the steps? 

I really need help with this if Coding is involved please let me know about that as well.

I understood that you need to remove the checkout form.

Do you want people to send you a message and you don't want to connect payment?

We need to exchange the check out process for a form. We do not need a delivery address or payment. As we have cash on delivery. We need fields with the following information:

Surname , First name
Email address and 2 more fields

and what we want is if the user clicks on submit form button an order related to that product should be created at the backend (as we need the information of how many products the user added into the cart and order details) and from there we can reach out to that person.
